    Intern II

    Location: This position will work a hybrid model (3-4 days/week onsite in office). When reporting to the office, the location will be on Torre Chardon Building , Chardon Ave. 350 Suite 500 San Juan, Puerto Rico.

    The Intern II position is for participants of an approved internship program for undergraduate college students. Specific work assignments will vary by department.

    How you will make an impact

    Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

    • Research External Data Sources: Look for additional data sources that can enhance the 'Member 360' view. This could include additional demographic data, regulator (CMS or HHS) data, or any other relevant sources.
    • Document Data Mapping & Sources: Create in depth documentation detailing the data mapping process and the sources used in the project. This documentation will be crucial for future reference and understanding.
    • Create Technical & SME Presentations: Develop presentations that explain the technical aspects of the project, such as data collection methods, analysis techniques, and insights gained. Also, create presentations for subject matter experts (SMEs) to communicate findings effectively.
    • Develop Basic Dashboard for T360: Build a basic dashboard using visualization tools to showcase the 'Member 360' view. This dashboard should provide a clear and concise summary of member behaviors and patterns.
    • Assist in Implementing Data Analytics Solutions: Support the team in implementing data analytics solutions, such as creating data pipelines, running data analysis, and validating results.
    • Skills and ability requirements vary based on assignment.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Must be part of an approved academic course of study, and that course of study must be applicable to the company's operations or the support of those operations.

    Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

    • Enrolled in the third-year bachelor’s degree in one of the following field of studies: Statistic, Mathematics or Engineering.
    • Attention to detail.
    • High sense of curiosity.
    • Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written communication skills.
    • Enjoys applying technical skills as an individual contributor.
    • Has initiative and is able to go above and beyond to add value to the team's objectives.
