• Build exceptional candidate profiles to increase candidates’ visibility with companies on our platform
• Review and update completed candidate profiles to ensure a uniform viewing experience for clients
• Be diligent and extremely organized! Own various operational tasks to enhance the entire candidate experience
• Support the Candidate Experience Specialist workflow and streamline candidate processes
• Collaborate and partner with Candidate Experience Specialists and our Sales Team on various workflow processes.
• Provide consistent and effective communication to appropriate stakeholders regarding candidate status and onboarding process
