The Early Career Recruiter is responsible for delivering volume, caliber, and required disciplines of high school, college and intern talent within the specified timeframe.

• Utilizes standard work processes to execute daily tasks related to recruitment deliverables.
• Sources and screens diverse, qualified college talent for hiring managers to interview.
• Utilizes planned workflow process to address requisitions that are not filled via an event to ensure they continue to be sourced and filled within the requested timeframe.
• Collaborates with team members to utilize operational excellence principles to identify and document process gaps and opportunities to continue to evolve the process to provide users with a positive experience.
• Demonstrate the Aero cultural beliefs in day-to-day work practices to achieve talent acquisition commitments.
• Utilizes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and other software tools/ solutions (e.g., Talent Suite) as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an HR or business related major.
• Demonstrated knowledge and practice of Human Resources practices, processes, and regulations.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - i.e. Talent Suite
• Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced recruiting organization
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
