    As a CLINICAL PHARMACIST you will conduct research and maintain or enhance clinical pharmacy programs such as drug utilization review, prior authorization, health outcomes, disease state management, care management, and other specialty programs. This is your opportunity to join a pharmacy team with a focus on clinical and business collaboration.     PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Present clinical findings and literature before National Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) committee
    • Oversee pharmacy projects from inception to completion
    • Provide responses to drug information requests
    • Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
    • Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
    • Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others.
    • Acts as a resource for others with less experience

  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BS in Pharmacy
    • Pharmacist license in good standing in state of Georgia
    • 1+ year of experience working in a hospital or a home health environment
    • Ability to navigate MS Office and a Windows based environment and the ability to create, edit, save, and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Pharm D
    • Pharmacist license in good standing in other states
    • Experience in specialty pharmacy
    • Infusion Therapy Care experience
    • Effective communicator, both verbal and written
