  • Responsibilities

    Sells Company's products and services by developing new clients and increasing the client base to increase profits in the National PEO Services Sales organization.

    • Presents PEO products and services to final decision-makers and end users within the prospect universe to increase sales and profits.
    • Sells PEO products remotely in order to service prospect country wide and to increase sales and profits.
    • Partners with local HR Solutions Sales Representatives to present to and on-board PEO clients. Acts as the point person for the prospect/client from the proposal meeting until their orientation to ensure policies and procedures are followed and to ensure a smooth transition onto the PEO service for the client.
    • Attends Zone and district meetings to represent the PEO and National PEO Sales, both in person and telephonically, to ensure the division's needs are being met and their goals are in alignment with the company's.
    • Conducts trainings for Sales Reps/District Sales Managers (DSMs)/Zone managers both in person and telephonically to ensure they information is presented in a consistent and accurate manner and to ensure they are keep informed of changes in the PEO industry.
    • Acts as a resource for Sales Reps/DSMs/Zone Managers to provide consistent and accurate information.
    • Partners with the National Human Resource Consultant to help keep Paychex HR Solutions community aware of new business and work together throughout the on boarding process to ensure the transition occurs smoothly.
    • Analyzes the prospects' needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate in order to refer them to the appropriate party when necessary.
    • Expedites the resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure client satisfaction and that issues are handled properly.
    • Completes and submits accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management to ensure information is provided timely.
    • Develops technical, competitive, and sales skills knowledge to ensure the company a leader in the market place.
    • May be required to travel outside of geographical territory for purposes of attending Conference, training sessions and/or area regional or national meetings.

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • Experience with employee benefits, HR, and/or training helpful. Experienced and capable in the use of software, i.e. Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM tools.
    • 3 years of experience in Outside sales and/or Paychex PEO experience.
