• Do data entry and credit checks
• Help with month-end financial reports
• Work under supervision of other accountants
• Help with balance sheet reconciliation, as well as accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with the preparation of ad hoc and other internal reports
• Ensure the completion of assigned tasks in line with established deadline
• Study the accounting policies and processes of the organization and abide by them
• Assist the coordinator with month-end financial reports
• Testing and supporting inventory functions
• Support the payment processing team
• Dashboard and software testing
• Filing invoices, shredding, and organizing accounts payable file room

• Must be earning a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from an accredited college or university
• Have an inherent interest in Finance/Accounting and great business acumen
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, professional environmen
• Demonstrate initiative and make suggestions - key to the role

• Strong Excel Spread sheets and pivot tables preferred

Dr. Madison earned his degree in chiropractic orthopedics in 1976 and has been practicing ever since. He is a Fellow for all societies - Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedists, American Back Society, and International College of Chiropractors. In addition, Dr. Madison is a diplomat of the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists. Dr. Madison’s recent accolades includes taking home the title of ‘Best Chiropractor in Riverside’ back to back years in 2013 and 2014.
