UPS is seeking a dynamic Digital Experience Specialist to craft and update ups.com content, execute projects in the Content Management System (CMS) and collect analytics data. He/She writes and edits messaging copy, facilitates translations, performs QA on banner advertisements, tracks success of onsite banner advertisements and serves as the liaison between the team and our internal and regional stakeholders. The Digital Experience Specialist reviews content to ensure accuracy and compliance with sponsors’ requests. He/She creates and maintains a content matrix (i.e., list of assets) to help map content and define and inform our analytics dashboards. They'll publish content changes to the preview environments and is responsible for quality assurance (QA) testing. They'll maintai clear communication with stakeholders in regards to project status throughout its life cycle. The Digital Experience specialist supports the Digital Experience Team projects as required. They'll propose solutions for content requests to serve optimal user experiences leveraging our Content Management tools (CMS, Adobe Target) adhering to Governance and web accessibility compliance to ensure project sponsors’ needs are met.
