    With over 200 Co-ops, the Marketing Administrator position is critical to the success of the Co-op program management and marketing initiatives by providing support to the franchise network and the Marketing department. The Marketing Administrator will play a crucial role within the Co-op team by providing support in a variety of areas from sales reporting, creative trafficking and annual leadership event management. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Traffics creative assets
    • Facilitates organization of Co-op creative from agency including processing for legal review and detailed and accurate feedback to agency
    • Manages asset files internally
    • Ensures Creative Services Team receives creative weekly
    • Provides CLF support including, vendor showcase management, payment processing, on site event support and event planning
    • Supports sales reporting
    • Provides monthly Co-op same store sales results utilizing the Microsoft BI tool and distributes to the Co-op Supervisor and Marketing Manager for review with each co-op
    • Maintains Co-op database, including officer contact information, DMA store count, monthly dues reports, annual budgets, dues change data, agency contacts and account manager list
    • Supports Self-Managed Co-op program (over 800 store locations) with onboarding, monthly spending reports, center open/close and dues change, bi-annual card funding load, writing communications to program members, prompt response to franchisee inquiries and ordering spend cards as necessary

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    • Strong organizational skills
    • Effective time management skills
    • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint 
    • Power BI experience - Preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) - Preferred
