  • Responsibilities

    The Administrative Assistant III will be responsible for preparation of complex reports, using various software packages and databases, e.g. MS Access, determining methods and procedures for completing complex tasks, providing advance office support knowledge and skills, preparing and/or coordinating information for internal and external contacts and other tasks as assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager.

    The ideal candidate will have two or more years' experience in a fast paced office environment. The candidate will have strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills. This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by persons assigned to this classification. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all job responsibilities, duties and skills required for this position.

    OTHER DUTIES:

    • Perform office tasks such as paperwork, computer keyboarding, filing, calculating and use of telephone and hand-held scanner
    • Preparation of complex reports/presentations
    • Analysis using various software packages and databases, e.g. MS Access
    • Determining methods and procedures for completing complex tasks
    • Verifying pricing on invoices call vendors when needed.
    • Preparation of fuel and oil and shop reports
    • Paying and recording invoices, answering phones, and filing
    • All other tasks assigned by supervisor and manager
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Oracle, APPOSS, AIS, E-Cars, other job duties/description-
    • Ability to work varying hours and/or overtime depending on service needs
    • Fluency in Korean both verbal and written is preferred.
