• Attention to detail and sufficient planning
• Create content to supply social media platforms with relevant, inspiring, and engaging content that connects with the target customers
• Develop, design, plan and execute media assets and campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• Understand differences of each platform and optimize content accordingly
• Post to all social media outlets 3-4 times a week with the use of stories.
• Interact and engage with customers/followers (daily engagement)
• Work with content team to come up with organized weekly plans in advance.
• Create organized Marketing Plans and collaborate on mini campaigns
• Utilize hashtags that correspond with the content posted
• Create intriguing Instagram highlights and icons
• Incorporate, giveaways, trending topics, and engaging posts on our social media.
• Lead efforts in the planning, development and implementation of brand voice, social media strategies, editorial calendars and concept ideation.
• Review Marketing Analytics and share with team
• Research and stay up to date on latest social media trends, streetwear brands, and the fashion industry (hashtags, topics, and platforms)
• Create programs to increase brand awareness and connect with consumers
• Collaborate with team to launch new updates, blogs, emails, etc.

The purpose of this internship is to enhance the social media presence of the Social Thriving through the use of interactive and eye-catching graphics. The objective is to create and post content that advertises, promotes, and supports Social Thriving and our mission.
