You will work with our team to identify customer problems, understand them better, and design solutions to those problems. You will specifically work to deploy some of our proprietary tools towards the goal of customer development. You will be responsible for a set of projects and the timely delivery of the work specified for each project.

This will include among other workflows: project managing designers, performing certain performance marketing tasks, and collecting and analyzing data and feedback.

The perfect candidate is a magical combination of entrepreneurial (you have tinkered with starting businesses previously), design-oriented (you have an aesthetic even if you are not a designer by training), and analytical (you are comfortable gathering and evaluating data).

In all cases, it's required that you be interested in learning and getting better on each of these dimensions.
