What is the best way to talk to a manager who is always angry and doesn't listen to other coworkers?
This definitely sounds like a real tough situation to be in. In the ideal world you can just let your boss know directly, but especially if you can't afford to lose this job, that may not really be an option. Do you have access to your boss's manager? Can you relay feedback to them? Is there an HR department you can discuss with? If you fear any kind of retaliation that can certainly make this extra difficult, but if that's the case, then maybe you can try to focus more on how you deliver the feedback to make sure it's well received.
Whether speaking to your manager directly, their manager or an HR team, try to make the feedback less of an attack and more constructive. Describe how you're feeling and what you may be able to do to fix this situation, as well as specific examples of things your manager can do to make the situation better. The softer the blow of the feedback, the more likely it be implemented. Again, this is definitely difficult, but could end up being an extremely valuable experience if all goes well.
