A public community and junior college, Connors State College was stablished in 1908, in Warner, Oklahoma. In 1988, a branch campus was opened in Muskogee, Oklahoma. The college offers associate and certificate programs in areas such as Agriculture, Communications, and Nursing. It is a primarily commuter campus with a medium sized student body that’s about 2500 strong. Student activities at Connors include clubs & organisations catering to various interests, drama and theatre, off beat sports such as rodeo and shooting, and a student magazine called Connors Collegian. The Warner campus is unique for its 1300 acres of wetlands and natural preserves that are a joy to explore.
