Established in 1963, the Borough of Manhattan Community College is part of the CUNY system at New York City, New York. It has an enrollment of over 26,800 undergraduate students, and offers associate’s degrees in vocational, business, health, science and continuing education. Its campus has played host to Tribeca Film Festival’s film and ceremonies. It lets its students take advantage of career planning services; preparing them for internships and employment during and beyond college. They can also support its national-award-winning chess team and men’s sports teams. Notable alumni include singer Queen Latifah and rock musician Kid Chaos.
