KCC offers nine A.A.S. programs and nine A.S. degree programs in such dynamic fields as automotive and computer technology, as well as three distinct concentrations within the field of the natural sciences. A range of unique professional certifications are also available here, covering exciting topics like culinary arts, massage therapy and even Polynesian voyaging! KCC offers a comprehensive library and computer lab, as well as a student lounge complete with numerous game tables, internet access and a big-screen TV for de-stressing. The vibrant club scene here forges connections for life, and the Performing Arts Center features a jam-packed schedule of concerts by notable performers like classical pianist Alpin Hong (Feburary 2016). Those hesitant students that still might fear a rough experience, though, can sign up for the Kipaipai program as freshmen, and receive important guidance handbooks, direct support from a faculty mentor, and a $450 scholarship that can be extended through three semesters.
