Known for combining the resources of a larger university with an intimate setting, Kent State University at Salem has offered first-class education to 2,000 students per year for over fifty years. Bachelor’s candidates can study applied horticulture, integrative studies, psychology, criminology or any of over a dozen other fields on a campus that spans just under 100 compact Ohio acres. Undergraduates can also compete for cash prizes and other awards in an annual research conference designed to highlight academic progress and insights. Five professionally-themed clubs, an up-to-date computer lab and dedicated career assistance staff round out the KSU-S experience, and it’s even a great place to stay after students are done with their degrees: The Chronicle of Higher Education recently rated KSU-S, among a select few institutions, as being one of the nation’s “Great Colleges to Work For!” You’ll never wear blue and gold more proudly than while you’re at Kent State University at Salem.
