The Minnesota State College-Southeast Technical has roots that can be traced back to 1949. A public technical institution that is part of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system, the college has campuses in Red Wing and Winona, Minnesota. Students are offered associate, certificate and diploma degrees. The college strives to maintain a low student-faculty ratio of (currently) 18:1, in order for learning to occur in a customised and interactive manner. The college is located in an area that has the best of both worlds – the modern conveniences of a large city, as well as the rich history of the Native Americans – providing engaging activities for pretty much everyone.
