Northern Oklahoma College is a public community college established in 1901. With a main campus in Tonkawa, Oklahoma, the college also has additional campuses in Enid and Stillwater. NOC is among the first to develop technologically advanced teaching methods, such as multiple on-line and interactive television courses for students who don’t otherwise have access to college level education. The school offers associate degree in arts, science, and applied science, in addition to a certificate course in practical nursing.
