Pennsylvania State University at University Park is a public research university, established in 1855. It lies within the Borough of State College and College Township in Pennsylvania. Over 40,000 undergrads attend the University Park campus of Penn State every year, including at one time, Ty Burrell and Keegan-Michael Key! Students can pass by the Old Main, a beautiful historic building that doubles as an administrative center. It’s surrounded by a comfortable lawn and the echo of a bell chime. The school's Panhellenic Dance Marathon, more commonly called the THON, is an annual fundraising dance marathon that’s an integral part of campus life.
