Ellen Huerta was keenly aware that she had most people’s dream job, if not life, as a recent college grad living in San Francisco working for Google. But something wasn’t right. She’d gone from an honor-roll high school student to an award winning college student to landing a coveted internship and then job. Everything in her life had propelled her towards getting (and liking) her career at Google.
But after a few years (and one large promotion), Ellen still didn’t feel truly happy.
