Starbucks Announces it Will Pay 4-Year College Tuition for Employees

Whether you’re a part-time or full-time employee at Starbucks, your four years of college tuition can be covered. Starbucks announced that it will contribute up to $250 million to go towards covering the tuition of all of its United States employees. Micah Solomon, a Forbes contributor, explains why he thinks Starbucks’ decision is beneficial for both its corporate culture and customer service.
