The EY internship program is really a little bit of a snapshot on what it’s like to work for us full time.
We hire thousands of college students every year off of campus for our entry level and internship positions.
So while you may be called an intern and hired as an intern, the reality is as you’re a member of the EY Family and we want to give you a glimpse.
So the work should essentially mirror some of the work that you would be doing if you joined us full–time as a staff-hire down the road.
We’ll of course have a little fun, but you’ll essentially be serving our clients, working side by side with our teams to really have that glimpse into the world of EY.
Then it’s rapped up and at the end of the summer with our International Intern Leadership Conference where we bring together thousands of interns from around the Americas for a three day experience focused on leadership networking and certainly hearing about the future of EY from the firm’s leaders
