Collections Specialist Job , Law Firm- Legal - SAN FRANCISCO, CA

As a Collections Specialist, you will:

• Resolve billing issues
• Research and resolve any problems, and follow up on past due accounts
• Client interaction both written and verbally
• Perform account reconciliations
• Prepare payment agreement and collection letters
• Communicate with clients regarding delinquent accounts

An ideal Collections Specialist will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Experience with A/R and collections
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
