Job Description

 Accounting Principals is seeking a Loan Processor for a job opportunity with a stable financial institution located in Riverside, CA.   In this role you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing loan packages, collecting of all documents required, assessing loan applicants, and ensuring compliance with all Real Estate Lending regulations.   This is a contract position to start immediately paying $25 – $28 per hour, however for the right candidate there is a strong potential for a permanent role. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process Conventional, FHA, and VA Mortgage loans
• Collect and prepare all documentation for loan package
• Research and analyze credit status of all applicants
• Prepare and maintain all paperwork for existing and new loans including loan disclosures
• Submit files to the designated Underwriter
• Ensuring in compliance with all establish regulations and laws
• Following up with clients

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of recent loan processing experience
• Ability to calculate income for borrowers
• Knowledge of all Real Estate lending regulations
• High level accuracy and attention to detail

SKILLS

• Team oriented and ability to maintain effective working relationships
• Ability prioritize and manage a high-volume desk
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

Full time, Contract for approximately 3 months

COMPENSATION

$25 - $28 per hour

HOURS

Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, some OT may be required
