Mortgage is booming still! Accounting Principals is looking to fill a Direct Hire Loan Officer Assistant Job in San Diego, CA for our client. This Loan Officer Assistant opportunity requires prior experience in the mortgage industry! The Client has been extremely busy and looking to bring someone on who is highly motivated and with great attention to detail! This is an immediate direct hire opportunity, with benefits and paying up to $45,000 annually, plus bonus and commission potential.

Responsibilities for this Loan Officer Assistant job opportunity:

• Reviewing all related documents, including pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns.

• Prepare and maintain all paperwork for existing and new loans.

• Gathering inspection reports, letters of explanation, etc…

• Providing weekly updates to Loan Officers and Realtors

• Submit files to the designated Loan Processor.

Qualifications:

• Mortgage/Loan experience required

• Knowledge of TRID and related guidelines

• Moderate skill with Microsoft Office

• In-depth knowledge of closing procedures, loan processes, and documentation
