Escrow Assistant/Junior Escrow Officer 

We are looking for an Escrow Assistant/Junior Escrow Officer to be responsible for providing administrative support to the Escrow Officers. Responsibilities will include preparing real estate closing documents, improving services provided, and maintaining files and records.

Responsibilities:

• Managing client files and documents.
• Compiling and processing escrow instruction packages.
• Handling customer inquiries.
• Acting as a liaison between customers and parties involved in the transactions.
• Preparing reports and information related to the refinance or sale transaction.
• Resolving client requests.

Requirements:

• AA or Bachelor's Degree is desired .
• Previous experience in Escrow, Banking or Real Estate.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must be discrete and confidential.
