Payroll Specialist

Key Skills and Abilities include:

• Experience in working or partnering with a Payroll Team in developing roadmaps, defining business processes and associated system requirements
• Ability to serve as a subject matter expert resource on best practices and domain knowledge in the Payroll space (US domestic and international)
• Experience in Payroll Systems and Operations
• Data analysis skills including ability to create reports with strong spreadsheet and database query expertise (e.g. SQL) preferred
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create reports that present data in a clear and visually compelling manner
• Broad understanding of Payroll business processes
