HIRING TEMP-TO-HIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Do you have experience in Customer Service? Are you a client-centric professional? If so, our client is looking for a call center/customer service professional who can respond efficiently and effectively to customer inquiries and provide a positive first impression to all callers. Our client offers in-house training, but we’re looking for a professional who can jump in with both feet from day one!
REQUIREMENTS: -6 months call center experience with high call volumes or customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems required. -Produce correspondence via email, update profiles, and/or other information applicable to the customer-client relationship. -Customer service principles and practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES: -Addresses member inquiries, questions and concerns in all areas including products, tracking numbers, updating customer profiles, etc. -Verify customer billing information and shipping address. -Responsible for thorough follow-up and completion of all member, and provider inquiries or requests -Responsible for accurate, complete and correct documentation into company database. -Function efficiently and productively in a high-volume telephone call center. -Maintain departmental productivity and quality standards. -Provide follow-up assistance as needed. -Route escalated calls to the Call Center Supervisor. -Refer issues to health networks and/or make recommendations for further contacts. -Adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures. -Assists members with website and product offer questions.
EXPERIENCE: 6 months call center experience with high call volumes or customer service experience
COMPENSATION: $15.00- $16.00 per hour DOE
SCHEDULE: 8 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, Full Time
DURATION: This is a contract to hire opportunity
