    Job Description

    Outbound Call Center Representative

    We are seeking hardworking, quick thinking, career-minded individuals with amazing personalities to generate business to prospective and/or former patients. Outbound patent contact reps will generate appointment by either cold calling or using leads from our existing customer data base to expand the company’s clientele.

    • $14/hr
    • 4-6 month contract to hire
    • Remote during covid; will return to office in 2021

    Responsibilities

    • Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
    • Understand customer needs and requirements
    • Set appointment and achieve daily/monthly quotas
    • Educates customers on product offerings and service
    • Track and monitor calls and appointments in multiple systems Qualification

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum High school diploma or GED required
    • Prior call center or sales experience preferred
    • Able to make goal of an average of 125 outbound calls per day
    • MUST have reliable transportation
    • Teamwork, flexibility, and reliability are required
    • Strong phone presence with clear verbal communication skills and excellent grammar
    • Outgoing, friendly, energetic and financially motivated
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
