A large company in San Francisco, CA has three Accounts Payable Specialist jobs available. These are temporary positions with a good chance of becoming a permanent opportunity for the right individuals. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Processing full-cycle A/P in a high-volume environment
• Working with PO (purchase orders) and 3-way matching
• Collaboratively and effectively interacting with vendors
• Assisting with month-end close
• Organizing and maintaining all A/P documentation
• Reconciling monthly vendor statements
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• 2-5 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work well under pressure and remotely
• Strong computer skills are highly preferred; proficiency in MS Excel
• Inventory experience is highly preferred
• Experience using Oracle is a plus
• MS Excel is required
