Accounting Principals is looking to fill a Direct Hire Loan Processor Job in San Diego County, CA for our client. This Loan Processor opportunity requires prior experience in the mortgage industry! This position is very fast-paced, but fun and the company offers extremely high bonus potential! This is an immediate direct hire opportunity offering base pay up to $60,000 annually, plus bonuses.

Responsibilities for this Loan Processor job opportunity:

• Ensure completion of loan contracts and ensure clients are kept informed throughout.

• Prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.

• Research applicant credit status and overall application details.

• Submit files to the Underwriter and make necessary edits.

Qualifications:

• Mortgage/Loan experience required – TRID knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Moderate skill with Encompass is a plus!

• In-depth knowledge of closing procedures, loan processes, and documentation
