Description & Requirements
FORVIS Mazars is seeking to add a Wealth Management professional to serve as an Associate Advisor who assists senior wealth management advisors in working with high-net-worth families in our FORVIS Private Client practice.
How you will contribute:
- Supporting a Wealth Management team of advisors serving affluent families
- Assisting families in creating comprehensive wealth management strategies including:
- Financial Planning
- Retirement Planning
- Investment Management
- Education Planning
- Estate & Legacy Planning
- Survivor Assistance
- Develop/mainta in in-depth expertise and global knowledge of wealth management services
- Actively support business development activities to identify, pursue & acquire new clients
We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:
- An individual who is a self-starter
- Passionate about serving clients
- Familiarity with the financial planning process
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and simplify the complex
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to coordinate & work on multiple, concurrent client projects & complete assignments with minimal supervision
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required: Financial planning degree preferred
- Completed coursework in order to be eligible to sit for the CFP exam
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
- Applicants for positions with Forvis Mazars must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
