As a Data Analyst with our Customer Management team you will be responsible for supporting our customers insurance carriers and vendors. You will perform detailed triage and root cause analysis for data issues reported by customers and internal teams, as well as any discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process with the carriers and vendors. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating fixes or improvements to data issues through partnership with engineering, configuration, and frequent direct customer contact.
