RESPONSIBILITIES
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
Assisting with the preparation of business valuation models in Excel
Applying technical skills needed to research and analyze industry, transactional, and economic information.
Participating in management interviews, either onsite or via teleconference.
Assisting with the drafting of business valuation reports in Word
Assisting with mathematical testing related to quality control procedures
Delivering FORVIS’ commitment to unmatched client experience through timely and responsive communication with internal and external clients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college/university
Some travel may be required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Desire or the ability to sit for the CPA exam
Desire to obtain the Accreditation in Business Valuation (ABV), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) credentials
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
