    OVERVIEW

Our forensics and valuation professionals are experts at providing a variety of services, including forensic accounting, litigation services, and fraud investigations, as well as handling various complex valuation issues faced by clients related to compliance, mergers & acquisitions, and financial reporting.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

    • Assisting with the preparation of business valuation models in Excel

    • Applying technical skills needed to research and analyze industry, transactional, and economic information.

    • Participating in management interviews, either onsite or via teleconference.

    • Assisting with the drafting of business valuation reports in Word

    • Assisting with mathematical testing related to quality control procedures

    • Delivering FORVIS’ commitment to unmatched client experience through timely and responsive communication with internal and external clients.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college/university

    • Some travel may be required

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Desire or the ability to sit for the CPA exam

    • Desire to obtain the Accreditation in Business Valuation (ABV), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) credentials

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
