OVERVIEW
The Transfer Pricing Consultant is a position that will work closely within the Transfer Pricing team at FORVIS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
Performing financial, industry, and economic analyses and research
Assisting in evaluating tangible property, services, and financial transactions for companies in a range of industries, including Manufacturing, Distribution, and Financial Services
Assisting in providing pricing consultation that complies with US and international tax regulations and promotes tax efficiency
Analyzing clients’ industry trends, value drivers, and economic risks
Researching and establish in-depth knowledge of valuation, economic and transfer pricing guidelines and legislation, rules, and regulations
Assisting with interviews to analyze the functions, assets, and risks of our clients and the industries in which they operate
Preparing documentation and perform qual ity control of work product
Assisting with project management in a variety of engagements
Assisting in developing and maintaining internal client relationships
Assisting in preparing proposals and project budgets
Keeping engagement leadership informed as to progress and timelines
Deliver ing FORVIS’ commitment to unmatched client experience through timely and responsive communication with internal and external clients

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate degree in a ccounting, finance, or economics
Understanding of basic economic and business principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel in the U.S. and potentially to foreign locations
A valid driver’s license may be required for travel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA degree or master’s in accounting, finance, or economics
GPA of 3.0 or higher (in major and overall)
