The Opportunity
As a Corporate Finance Intern, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will support teams in delivering strategic financial advice and services to clients. Within our Advisory practice, you will gain exposure to a range of corporate finance activities, including optimizing capital structures, managing mergers and acquisitions, and driving value creation. As an Intern, you will focus on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices, supporting teams with basic tasks, and participating in projects. You will have the opportunity to observe professional work environments and contribute reliably to the team's success.
In this role at PwC, you will be part of a team that provides comprehensive support for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. You will assist in strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services to help clients make informed decisions and maximize value. The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
