Responsibilities * Prepare tax returns involving complex issues and with a focus on returns dealing with individuals, partnerships, corporations, pass through entities, estates, including multi state taxation * Review complex individual and business tax returns * Prepare tax projections and other tax planning strategies * Respond to tax notices * Research increasingly complex tax issues using internet research services * Hours can be flexible and part-time #LI-BN Qualifications * BA or BS in Accounting or related field required, Masters degree preferred * 3 to 5 years of public accounting experience in a tax environment, with a concentrated focus on complicated corporation returns, including multi state taxation preferred * Strong skills in research and writing required * CPA or CPA candidate required * Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures on manual and automated systems * Ability to participate actively as a member of a team is required * Flexibilty to work Saturday hours from February to April 15th is required * Prior experience utilizing MS Office is required * Knowledge of ProSystem FX Tax is preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Options Apply for this job onlineApply Share Email this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
