CohnReznick Advisory Group currently has an exciting career opportunity in the Valuation Advisory team located in our New York office. We are looking for an Entry Level Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a target start date of January 2019.

Our Valuation Advisory Practice has an opportunity available for an Entry Level Consultant in our growing Machinery & Equipment Valuation Practice in NYC. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and excels in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. You will be working alongside Valuation Advisory Services leadership in providing research, data analysis, Machinery & Equipment appraisal writing, litigation support, financial reporting valuation and financial modeling deliverables to a variety of industries and client sectors.

Skills/Responsibilities

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause determination skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team in a deadline-driven environment. A natural self-starter and independent thinker.
• Action-oriented, decisive approach, with the willingness to take a hands-on role to ensure the deliverables are met on time with high quality
• Construction/development cost estimation of machinery and equipment, buildings, construction projects, and industrial facilities
• Read and analyze technical specifications, construction drawings, and invoices
• Assistance during site visits of machinery and equipment assets
• Preparation of valuation spreadsheets and narrative reports
