The opportunity
Everything we do comes back to building a better working world, and that takes colleagues with a wide variety of experiences, perspectives and skills. Our Expedition EY program is just one platform designed to support and develop students exploring careers within professional services, offering the perfect place to fuel a career in this ever-evolving industry. Expedition EY aims to prepare first- or second-year students from all over the country for a career path in professional services while exploring the EY culture, offerings and opportunities.
Consistent with our commitment to recruiting diverse professionals, students who identify as Black, Latinx, Native American, female, trans or non-binary are strongly encouraged to apply to Expedition EY Technology.
Expedition EY is more than just a Zoom seminar or series — it’s an interactive, gamified experience that brings you and the brightest and most diverse college students together nationwide. Together, you’ll learn what it takes to be a strong candidate through on-demand learning modules, explore career possibilities within professional services, engage in hands-on learning activities, network with current and future EY professionals — and have fun!
What to expect
Students will have the flexibility to select and complete on-demand learnings and tasks or attend optional live virtual sessions — all at their own pace. As you select your personalized learning and upskilling expedition, you’ll unlock additional opportunities to participate in career and leadership development activities, as well as team-building exercises that will put you on a path to a career adventure unlike any other. You’ll engage with our unique people culture, which celebrates inclusiveness, diversity of thought and the global mindset you’ll need to thrive on teams.
