What You’ll Do

• Conduct client tax interviews (in-person & virtual)
• Prepare accurate and complete tax returns
• Provide IRS support and audit representation (where eligible)
• Generate business growth and client retention
• Mentor and support teammates
• Use virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email)

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years in tax prep, accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
• High school diploma/equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
• CPA or EA certification preferred
• Experience with complex returns a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Must meet IRS and state requirements
