The goal of the Futures Program is to provide valuable skills and opportunities that can be used to drive their career. DHG's Futures Program is designed to recruit, develop, and retain the best-in-class diverse talent, while empowering students to learn lifelong business, networking, and professional skills to help them navigate their career path and propelling DHG into a Firm of the Future.
The Futures Program supports DHG’s journey to becoming the Firm of the Future by helping build a diverse and inclusive team, while also providing learning and development opportunities for all. Participants in this program gain invaluable experiences that include developing an understanding of the opportunities afforded from having a career in the Accounting and Finance industry, building strong technical and interpersonal skills, and having access to unparalleled mentorship opportunities.

Eligibility:
High-Performing college freshmen who self-identify as members of traditionally underrepresented groups in the professional services industry. Members of NABA, ALPHA, and ASCEND are strongly encouraged to apply.
