Eligibility:

High-Performing college freshmen who self-identify as members of traditionally underrepresented groups in the professional services industry. Members of NABA, ALPHA, and ASCEND are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be within 4 years of completing their Bachelor's degree {Freshman Year or intended graduation date of May-Aug 2025}.
• Must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program – Accounting, Finance, MIS programs preferred. Other business-related designations may be deemed suitable for this program
• Must maintain a 3.0/4.0 GPA
