This role will work on a team of software developers, conducting IT software testing to identify any potential quality issues as well quality assurance documentation and reporting. This role will be responsible for conducting quality testing methodologies to include smoke, regression, functional, performance, mobile, negative, manual, and automated testing.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferred

Experience:

• Six (6) months or more of experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst within IT solutions or equivalent role, required

• Some experience authoring test cases and manual testing, required

• Some experience with writing test plans and executing automated testing to include: functional, smoke, regression, negative and mobile strategies, preferred

• Any experience with data quality testing within status dashboards, preferred

• Azure DevOps

• HP Quality Center

• Tableau

• SQL / T-SQL

• Selenium

• Power BI

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

• Excels at operating in a fast-paced technical environment

• Ability to solve problems, identify solutions, and appropriately escalate issues
