Description & Requirements

Our Houston, TX location is seeking a part-time employee to assist our tax department during our peak tax seasons. Approximate dates are February 10th through April 16th.

How you will contribute:

• Assisting tax department (scan tax documentation, type tax correspondence, filing, etc.)
• Review tax documents from clients for completeness
• Manage tax workflow
• Update client profile information
• E-file tax returns and extensions
• Provide administrative support to partners and practice management teams

Minimum Qualifications:

• Intern candidates must be working toward an accounting degree and CPA exam eligibility
• Maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher (in major and overall) preferred
• Strong computer skills preferred, including Microsoft Office suite
