Responsibilities: * Aid in the administration and implementation of the KPMG onboarding policies and practices applicable to newly hired employees * Liaise with recruiting, human resources and resource management for the coordination of onboarding operations, orientation, training and integration for personnel joining the firm * Lead a team accountable for delivering newcomer orientation in assigned geographic areas * Oversee and facilitate newcomer orientation to include coordination with IT, HR, and local office Operations Coordinators * Lead or contribute to the special projects and improvement of ancillary onboarding programs ensuring they continue to meet the changing needs of our newcomers Qualifications: * Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Events and Meetings from a professional services organization * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience * General knowledge of Human Resources including employment law, I-9 and benefits; experience in training facilitation and presentation delivery is a plus * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Ability to work independently within a decentralized team structure; manage and prioritize multiple projects * Ten percent travel required KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
