Responsibilities: Process enrollments into the firm's learning management system with quality and service level expectations Provide responses to inquiries with KPMG professionals for course information, training, and or CPE credit inquiries via telephone, e-mail and fax, while adhering to established Human Resources Service Center standards Proactively resolve and monitor customer issues to completion and perform research Provide technical expertise to KPMG employees on KPMG training course and or CPE process Participate on project teams within the learning and development management group Qualifications: Minimum of one year of Human Resources experience with knowledge of benefit matters; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work extended hours to meet customer demands when needed in a fast paced, complex issues environment and provide excellent customer service and follow through KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
