Responsibilities: * Conduct database administration duties and help to ensure data integrity in the Security Information Management System (SIMs) Software * Develop and run reports using advanced Microsoft Excel functions and data mining tools and maximize teams use of SharePoint for information sharing * Develop interfaces with data sources and create workflows to support business procedures * Help ensure compliance with United States government security policies and procedures under the National Industrial Security Program governed by the Department of Defense (DOD) and the policies and procedures governed by the intelligence community * Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, conduct routine analysis of Federal Security activities, establish and maintain SharePoint sites and create reports as required * Provide back up support to the intelligence community security program Qualifications: * Minimum of two years of experience in computer technology, information management, or contractor security organization preferably within a professional services environment * Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; with advanced SharePoint, Microsoft Excel functions and data mining tools * Knowledge of the Department of Defense National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPPOM) * Must have an active security clearance Strong oral and written communication, process mapping and documentation skills KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
