About the Role

As an ICF Laborer, you will assist in the installation of insulated concrete form (ICF) systems for residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on, physically active position ideal for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and being part of a high-performing crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and stack ICF blocks
• Install bracing systems and reinforcement (rebar)
• Assist with concrete placement and finishing
• Measure, cut, and fit materials as required
• Read and work from plans and layout information
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred; concrete, framing, or ICF experience is highly valued
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction layout tasks
