Specifically, you will work with a dynamic and cross-functional team building behavior-changing digital learning solutions for clients from our Chicago-based digital learning Center of Excellence, EY Learning Labs. You will learn, grow and contribute — building new relationships and discovering the satisfaction that comes with producing high-quality, valued work and advice.

    The Content Producer is responsible for gathering, managing and producing content for a variety of digital training experiences. Primary responsibilities include reviewing and adapting source content materials, writing outlines and scripts of the digital training and assisting the production team in decisions regarding instructional design and the courses’ overall look and feel. The Content Producer works closely with other EY Learning Labs and PAS professionals from the beginning of the project, when they help inform the user experience, until the end, when they test the final product and deliver behavior-changing e-learning.

    Your key responsibilities

    • Write course text and audio at an appropriate level for the target audience in support of learning objectives
    • Participate in content management and production tasks on projects from beginning to end
    • Conduct in-depth research into industry-specific topics and articulate findings
    • Understand and apply EY and client style guides, branding and tones
    • Recognize and adapt various client voices in written deliverables
    • Work closely with clients and subject matter resources
    • Provide in-depth critical feedback to peers, and receive feedback graciously on written deliverables
    • Communicate clearly with project manager and team
    • Share thoughts and suggestions during brainstorming meetings
    • Learn and apply new software, work processes, and instructional and visual design principles
    • Occasionally present project work to colleagues and clients

    Qualifications.

    • Progress towards a bachelor’s degree that EY deems relevant to this position (this can range from creative writing, English or communications to journalism)
    • Ability to write and edit an array of communications materials for internal stakeholders
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences (succinct, consumable, visual, relevant and with quality)
    • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud suite is a plus
