Description & Requirements

Marketing Interns will work with the Consulting Marketing Team in various aspects of marketing to support the advancement of FORVIS' expanding Consulting services. They will utilize firm resources to expand brand awareness and visibility, support strategic growth opportunities, leverage data tools for critical insights and enhanced decision-making, and support new products, services, or initiative development.

This position can be a remote position. Depending on location, the internship can be both in-person and/or remote. This internship will start this summer with potential to extend into the Fall 2024 academic year. This position will report to the Marketing Lead of our Business Technology Solutions (BTS) practice unit.

How you will contribute:

• Email Campaigns: Work with the BTS Marketing team to coordinate and execute digital marketing email campaigns through the Workfront process.
• Social Media: Monitor and post approved content on the BTS LinkedIn Showcase Page and provide BTS SHARE content for continued exposure.
• Webinar Execution: Coordinate efforts for BTS webinars including marketing deliverables, presentation proofing, presenter readiness, and ensuring project representation remains on track.
• Conference Planning: Assist in coordinating and planning conference and trade show events.
• CRM: Responsible for entering and maintaining lead data and marketing lists within Microsoft Dynamics 365 for use in marketing campaigns.
• Assist BTS Marketing Team in execution of strategic sales and marketing plan.

Hours Requirement

We can be flexible with your school schedule providing you are able to:

• Accommodate our normal business hours of Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm and;
• Potential to work up to 40 hours during the summer or 20-30 hours during academic school year.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least a Junior and pursuing a degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in time management
• Able to adapt and work in new, evolving environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
